Currumbin Valley Residence

Following an initial design consultation, we engaged a designer to develop the concept further before working closely with the engineer and certifier to bring the project to life. From approvals through to construction, we managed the entire process and delivered a complete transformation.

Set in the peaceful surrounds of Currumbin Valley, this project began when the owners saw us working on another local build and asked us to visit their property. They had a vision to transform their rough existing home into the private nature-focused retreat that they desired.

We completely reworked the layout, opening up the rear of the home to connect with a large entertaining area, pool and deck. Every wall was modified to turn what was once a poorly designed shell into a modern, open-plan home with a seamless flow between indoors and out. The rear deck was built level with the lawn, creating an effortless connection across the gardens & into the forest.
