Construction

Jamie will be personally on site during construction to deliver your project with the attention to detail that you deserve. He will personally manage your project and have regular communication with you during its progress, including site visits to ensure it meets all standards and your vision.

Our construction is engineered and tested to comply with all relevant Australian standards. We will provide an understanding during our consultation about all of the required council approvals and engineering required for your project. We will obtain all of the required council approvals as part of our service.

Completion

We provide a written contract for all work undertaken, and if there are any alterations to our contract we will provide an additional signed variation document before additional work is started,  providing a clear and concise cost. This will avoid any hidden extras at completion of your project.
