From the outset, I personally designed the home, engaged the engineer and certifier, and managed the entire approval process through council.
The build itself was a hands-on, constantly evolving process that included demolition, major earthworks, extensive concrete footings, framing, trusses, cladding and roofing. Set high on the Currumbin hillside, the site required significant structural work and careful planning at every stage.
Every aspect of the project was completed by our team. From the first cut to the final detail, we built every part of this home ourselves.

Tucked away in the heart of Currumbin Pocket, this home has become far more than a renovation project — it is our family sanctuary, our business base, and a true reflection of everything we create.

Purchased in 2017, the property offered the perfect foundation for both our growing family and business. Over the following five years, we transformed it through an extensive three-quarter knockdown and complete renovation, carefully reshaping every part of the home and landscape into the hidden gem it is today.

As the project evolved, so did our family. My sons not only grew into young men, but became key members of our four-man team, helping bring this vision to life. Together, we created our dream home in our dream location, while completely reworking every square metre of the block.
