Currumbin Beach Project

Beachside on Currumbin Hill, this project began after the owners saw our work on social media and asked us to quote on a small bedroom extension. After discussing the possibilities, they decided to fully transform the home into their ultimate beachside retreat instead of a knockdown.

As an engineer, the owner designed the renovation themselves, and we worked closely together to bring that vision to life in three stages.

The upper level was completely renovated with new windows, French doors, bedrooms, bathroom, dining area and decks. The lower level followed, with a new entry, master suite, walk-in robe, ensuite, office, laundry and rumpus. The final stage completed the exterior with new decks, patios, stairs, fences and gates.

The result is a relaxed and refined Beachside home that continues to evolve with the family. The quality of the project has also led to two further jobs with neighbouring properties after they saw the transformation firsthand.
